TESTIMONIALS

I had excellent technical service experience with the crew at Tasty Apps. In this modern age, it can very hard to get quality service, especially on a technical level. These guys really knew their stuff and were so detailed in their advice, that it actually restored my troubled Mac Pro back to peak performance. Very, very impressed. Tasty Apps sets a standard of service that the whole country can and should follow as an example. — Sean Davey, http://seandavey.com

(...) diligent, tenacious and relentless product support (...) — Danny McCall, http://www.talentsphere.com

A ground-breaking & revolutionary array of software for Mac, Tasty-Apps' products and further tech support is so reliable - I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. — Ryan

I've been using TastyApps' products (Videobox, Musicbox, Web Snapper, and FlagIt!) since 2009. I'm a huge fan of their products, and have also become a huge fan of their Technical Support. As a Macintosh Consultant and Software Instructor, this is not a phrase I often have the opportunity to say, and in the case of TastyApps, I'm more than pleased to be able to say it. (...) I can't say enough good things about TastyApps' Support Services. I heartily recommend their software, their company, and their Tech Support. — Stephanie Gans, http://www.aym4training.com

I didn’t use my copy of VideoBox much UNTIL I discovered that it can convert Elgato EyeTV MPEG2 files (QuickTime Pro cannot). If ever Easy VHS to DVD crashes while converting a recording (It records in MPEG2 format) – the ONLY App I have that CAN convert the leftover MPEG2 files to QuickTime MOV is VideoBox. So, Instead of paying Apple $20 for a Quick time MPEG2 Converting Plugin: I recommend you Buy VideoBox for $15 to do the Exact same Job! — Carl McCall, http://softwaresanta.com/

(...) the renew license was very easy to use and in minutes my VideoBox was working. In a time where support for most companies really sucks—I appreciate your quick and thorough turnaround to my issue—thanks for the support. — Scott Medina, http://www.isminc.com

OVERVIEW

WatchMe allows you to search for and download TV series episodes from the Internet. If you know the season and episode number you can search directly for the episode. Or WatchMe can display the episode names for each season to help you find the episode you are looking for. And WatchMe has a Smart button to help you select the best quality or the fastest download. The Smart button will also download all the episodes from a single season with just one click. Here is how it works.

To start, enter Series name in Search box and then click the search icon (magnifying glass) or hit your Enter (Return) key.

In the results area below the search bar, series matching your search term will be shown. There may be more than one since similar series names are sometimes available.

Choose your series using the curved arrow.

Series results will show available seasons and the Search button will become a "Back" button to allow you to go back and choose a different series.

Click the curved arrow to the right to select a season. Episodes for that season will appear in the Search Results and the "Smart" button, in "batch" mode, will appear just above the Home button.

You can download all the episodes in the selected season with just click of the Smart button and Watchme will download, and convert if necessary, all the episodes in that season. By default, the Smart button is set to select the highest quality source. You can set the Smart button in WatchMe Preferences to download faster at a lower quality.

You can also select the video output format in Preferences. The default is set to ".mp4." Other option are ".mov," ".mpeg" , and "Download only" (no conversion)

NOTE: "Download only (no conversion) does no conversion only if the source video is in mp4 or mkv. Otherwise it will convert the video to mp4.

If you want to download episodes individually use the curved arrow the right of each episode. This will bring up the source screen with the "Smart" button in "select" mode.

Episode results may show more than one source...

Gorillavid , Modpod , Daclips , provide fast download with no conversion required if you use the WatchMe default Ouput format (.mp4).

Vidzi usually provides better quality videos but a Conversion step is usually required.

OpenLoad will usually provide higher resolution but with conversion

Select a source to start the download or just use the "Smart" button to make the choice based on your Preference setting for the "Smart" button.

If you have our VideoboxPro app installed, a VideoboxPro icon will allow individual episode downloading via VideboxPro with more output options.

Direct Method

To go directly to a particular episode, after selecting the “Show seasons” icon for a TV series from the results area, if you know season and episode number, you can enter that into the Search box as a shortcut using the standard season/episode format – s00e00 – Note lower case “s” & “e”, two digit, no spaces format.
